Accessibility statement
ÆON is committed to making our website and mobile app accessible and usable for as many people as possible. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our accessibility target, with WCAG 2.2 Level AA practices included where practical.
Scope
This statement applies to the public ÆON website, booking and request pages, questionnaire pages, checkout pages, and the ÆON mobile app. Some third-party services used for authentication, payments, maps, app-store downloads, email, or business-provided content may have their own accessibility behavior.
What we support
- Visible keyboard focus indicators on interactive website controls.
- Labels, roles, selected states, and error messages for key booking, request, payment, and questionnaire controls.
- Screen-reader labels and loading or disabled states on shared app buttons, cards, dialogs, and error screens.
- Meaningful alt text for content images, with decorative images hidden from assistive technology where appropriate.
- Public support paths for accessibility feedback and alternate access requests.
Ongoing work
We review accessibility as part of product changes and continue to improve keyboard navigation, screen-reader support, color contrast, form labels, error handling, and mobile assistive-technology behavior. Accessibility can be affected by device settings, browsers, assistive technologies, third-party tools, and content provided by businesses using ÆON.
Feedback and assistance
If you experience an accessibility barrier or need help completing a booking, request, payment, questionnaire, or account action, email contact@joinaeon.app. Please include the page or screen, what you were trying to do, your device and browser, and any assistive technology you were using. We will review the issue and work to provide access or an alternative way to complete the task.
Status
This statement describes ÆON's current accessibility efforts and does not represent a formal certification or guarantee of legal compliance. We update this page as our accessibility work changes.
